And this will further result in binge eating or over eating of food. While, eating in-between the meals will help you to control your hunger.
You can carry keep unsalted nuts, fruits, yoghurt, dry fruits as snack items with you.
Also, you should pay attention to the portion you eat. Eating in right amount will help you to enjoy your food without having to eliminate it.
4) DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS
Drinking plenty of fluids keep your body hydrated. An adult requires 1.5 liters or 8 glass or more fluid a day. Water is the best source for having fluids but you can also include fruit juices, milk, tea etc.
